Key Responsibilities:

Promotion of UG Overseas Education Services:

  • Act as an ambassador for our organization, study abroad services to prospective students.
  • Engage with potential students, providing detailed information on courses, universities, and the application process.

Content Contribution:

  • Contribute to the creation and updating of website content, ensuring accurate and engaging information is available for potential applicants.

Application Form Assistance:

  • Guide and assist prospective students through the application process, ensuring all necessary forms and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Consultation on Study Abroad Options:

  • Conduct consultations with prospects and their parents, understanding their academic goals and advising on suitable study abroad options.

Student Visa Application:

  • Provide guidance and support in the student visa application process, ensuring prospects are well-informed about the requirements and procedures.

Digital Marketing and Social Media:

  • Contribute to digital marketing initiatives, including creating content for social media platforms.
  • Implement marketing strategies to enhance the organization’s online presence.

Participation in Outreach Campaigns:

  • Actively participate in outreach campaigns, such as events, seminars, and webinars, to promote overseas education services.
  • Represent the organization professionally and effectively communicate the benefits of studying abroad.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Strong communication and writing skills in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu.

Responsible and ethical approach to consulting.

Proficient in digital marketing and social media platforms.

Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.

Passion for international education and helping students achieve their academic goals.

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Study in USA programs, promoting undergraduate education services to prospective students.
  • Engage with potential students, providing information on courses, universities, and the application process.

  • Contribute to the development of website content related to undergraduate programs in the USA.
  • Share insights, student testimonials, and relevant information to attract and inform potential applicants.

Data Entry:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and inquiries.
  • Assist in organizing and managing student databases.

Application Form Assistance:

  • Guide prospective students through the application process, offering support in completing necessary forms and documentation.
  • Ensure all application materials are submitted accurately and on time.

Digital Marketing and Social Media:

American Degree Transfer Program (ADTP/ADP) students who plan to study in the United States are welcome to apply.
